This version of 2013 FARS file was compiled on 6/3/2016. 
There are two folders, one for national and one for Puerto Rico. 
In each folder, there are two zip files, one in SAS format and one in DBF format.
The changes are:
- Massachusetts: Case No. 196 – Two occupants were added and some other fields were updated.
- Pennsylvania: Updates were made to the following cases 195, 242, 774, 884, 1102, 1110 and 1113
- South Carolina: Case No. 388 – This case was deleted
Alcohol related files are regenerated on 8/11/2016.
For this version, auxiliary files are included in the SAS and DBF sets instead of as independent zip files.

The FARS Auxiliary files are datasets that are derived from the standard FARS datasets: 
1. Accident -> Acc_Aux
2. Vehicle -> Veh_Aux
3. Person -> Per_Aux
These files are joined by the standard key variables.
