Steps to creating Outlook e-mail signature with Marketplace badges:

  1. Right click and copy the badge from the Marketplace widget page.
  2. Right click on the signature panel and paste the badge.
  3. Once the badge has been added to signature panel, you can make it clickable and point it to a https://www.Healthcare.gov Website.
         - Select the inserted badge and click on the Hyperlink icon
