Summary of Incident
On 05/29/1999 in San Antonio, Texas, Gutierrez abducted and murdered an adult Hispanic male. The victim was abducted in a parking lot of a convenience store by Gutierrez at gunpoint with a piston grip 12-guage shotgun. The victim was taken to a secluded location where Gutierrez shot him 5 times with the 12-guage shotgun. After seeing the media coverage of the incident on the news, Gutierrez went back on 05/31/1999 and set fire to the body.
