Summary of Incident
On July 1, 2013, the subject opened fire on a 39 year old black female in the front yard of the victims’ residence and shot her at point blank range using a 9mm caliber handgun. The subject then shot a 22 year old black female, and 10 year old black male resulting in the death of all 3 victims.
