Summary of Incident
On the evening of December 10, 2003 in Fort Bend County, the subject and the victims, a 56 year-old white male, a 53 year-old white female and a 19 year-old white male returned home from dinner. When they arrived at the residence, Chris Brachere shot the three victims each one time with a 9 millimeter pistol, killing the female and the 19 year-old white male. The 56 year-old white male sustained a gunshot wound to the chest, but survived.

The subject conspired with two codefendants to kill the subject's family so that he would receive a $1,500,000 inheritance.
