Abstract:
General Motors is developing a practice of Business Systems Architecture to make sure that our future products are both relevant and viable. This is a new area that draws from many different skills to be successful – both technical and business.
Bio:
Dan Kinney, currently the Director of User Experience in the Global Connected Customer Experience organization of General Motors. He is responsible for defining strategies for the products that make up a holistic user experience in and around the vehicle.
